Digital Products
Because all MelodyNest products (sample packs, MIDI kits, presets, stems, and courses) are delivered as instant digital downloads, all sales are final once a product has been downloaded. Due to the nature of digital goods, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges after a file has been accessed.
Exceptions
We will issue a replacement or refund if:
- The file you received is corrupted or fails to open
- You received the wrong product due to an error on our end
- You were charged more than once for the same order
If any of the above applies to you, contact our support team within 14 days of purchase at support@melodynest.example with your order number and a description of the issue, and we'll make it right.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after downloading a file
- Incompatibility with software you did not check before purchasing
- Dissatisfaction with the creative content of a pack (we recommend using our built-in audio previews before buying)
